Staff Assist Dialysis

Five Star Dialysis has a team of specialty nurses who will visit you at home. Under the direction of your physician, an experienced dialysis nurse will personally provide a one-on-one dialysis treatment you need during regularly scheduled visits to your home. Treatment is provided three times per week, three to four hours.

This program allows the patient to spend more time with family, while receiving hemodialysis treatment. Provide schedule flexibility and eliminates travels.

Support Services to assure Five Star Dialysis care at home: Social Worker and Dietician support, Equipment maintenance service and supply and inventory management.
